  • Clear statement of withdrawal

2.3 Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:

  • 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
  • 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier

  • Products with broken seals
  • Products damaged due to mishandling by the customer
  • Products returned after the withdrawal period has expired

This reflects statutory health and hygiene exceptions that may apply to sealed consumable goods once unsealed after delivery.

  4. Ship the product back to us using the provided address

For damaged or defective products, we will offer:
